If you don't already have a plan in place that is working for you, I have some resources for you. There is an article on the GodSpeak web page. It has three totally different types of programs and on-line resources you can use to get started. One is called peertrainer and it takes a nutrition approach to weight loss. One is called sparkpeople, and it takes a systematic calorie counting type of approach. The third is called "overeaters anonymous" and it takes a 12-step approach. I try FA www.foodaddicts.org very strict, no sugar, fat, bread... but it works it you can bear to give up those things. Also you MUST attend three meetings a week and find sponser. FAA www.foodaddictsanonymous.org, similar, but not as strict with the meetings for they are on-line and you call in at your best time.
