Joan and I went out for supper last night. I wanted to go to Olive Garden (I was in the mood for pasta and mushrooms) but the wait for two was 45 minutes. Just next door is a Red Lobster, so we checked the wait time...20 minutes (it actually turned out to be less than 15.) I admit, seafood was probably better for me than pasta. The only drawback is the propensity for seafood restaurants to serve shrimp and scallops in melted butter. Oh, well, it sure tasted good, and I shook as much of the butter off as I could. Really. No, really!

Seafood is absolutely good for the health specially for the heart and brain health. It is most helpful to control the cholesterol level and burn the excessive body fat. I also prefer the seafood over junk foods and all other meat foods.
