i hear lots of good stuff about coffee in moderation (four cups or less) like you get a better metabolism, and better energy, plus it keeps your brain healthy (besides its fun to drink)
but some people have issues with it even thoguh theres no real good studies to support negative effects (except too much in pregnant women, or people with certian diseases)
well, i think it makes you more healthy in under four cups and its worthwhile, but i want to make sure i'm hearing from God right that "its not much of an issue" and that that's not just my own flesh talking to me from carnal desire.
thanks

Coffee is good for the heart health because it controls the cholesterol level. It is also good for the fat burning and weight loss. But it's more use can be harmful for the health specially liver health.

I get kind of busy and forget to check in as often as I should. Nice to see visitors come by. Welcome!
There's a phrase I heard years ago that comes to mind: "Everything in moderation." That includes coffee. In fact, that phrase was applied by the late Paul Harvey during one of his radio commentaries about coffee consumption. He pointed out that one study says it's bad for you, another study says it's good for you. Who are we to believe? Even drinking too much water can kill you. In the end, use common sense and moderation in everything.
No, that doesn't include cigarette smoking. That's covered under "common sense". ;D
