it is often said that aerobics is best to burn fat, but the truth is there is better: interval training
you run really fast for 30sec then regular jog for a minute then fast for 30sec then back to jog for a minute. as you keep switching your body doesn't get used to one type of exercise and thus has to burn way more fat.
you can vary the intervals depending on how good of a shape you are in. obiviously only go as fast as the Lord tells you to so you don't kill yourself. seek Him on this.
only do this if God says "yes"
do some research online too about this type of exercise, its proper name is "interval training" and also "high-intensity interval training"
GBU, go massacre the fatness! ;D

Yes, I have a couple of DVDs that use interval training within the cardio...they are actually my favorite workouts, but I try to switch up my cardio workouts so I don't get bored. Plus I read somewhere that it's best to vary your workouts so your body won't get accustomed to just one. I did an interval training video this morning, will do resistance tomorrow, then yoga tomorrow night if I can fit it in. I always feel great after the intervals!

Aerobic is good but cardio is the best for the fat burning. Do cardio workout daily if you want to burn the fat properly. Jogging, running, and swimming are more effective cardio for fat burning and weight losing.
