After 15 months on a popular diet program, and 60 lbs lost, I found myself totally lacking discipline and gaining and losing the same 2 lbs over and over. I knew this was not what God wanted me to be doing, and I knew that I was in serious danger of losing control completely, so I did something really radical. I took a break from my diet program and started the 500 cal. HCG diet about 1 1/2 weeks ago.
I have had good success, actually finally made my weight goal which I had been hovering right above for months, and I feel pretty good, but I will say it is a tough diet to stick to! Even taking hormone drops for hunger, 500 calories is not a lot of food and the desire to cheat is there every minute! Plus I have been hungry even though they say you won't be.
But I have offered this whole experience to God, and have asked Him to break my bondage to food once and for all through this. I want more than anything to have a healthy relationship with food, instead of this addiction I have struggled with for so many years. I believe that God is in the process of delivering me from that whole mess, and I am just along for the ride.
It has renewed my sense of discipline, and I see the hand of God working here. Hopefully I will be able to maintain the discipline afterwards!

If HCG diet is good for your weight control then you should continue this diet plan. Also take some natural fat burning foods such as green tea, tuna fish, nuts, grapefruit juice, and lemon water for the good weight management.
