What food do you prefer when it comes to getting nutrition what diet should be taken? I am a bit confused about it i have heard about protein bars and other stuff like that but i personally feel that type of things should not be take,I want you all to share your ideas with us.Comments would be appreciated. Fresh fruits are very good for the overall health and physical fitness because these fruits provide more natural vitamins, mineral, and nutrition to maintain the health and handle all kinds of diseases. That's why I eat more fresh fruits in my routine diet. Some of my favorite fruits include apple, orange, grapes, pomegranate, berries, and peach.
